I had an amazing view of the surroundings from the hotel room. The massage services were excellent and very relaxing. The snow point located inside the hotel was amazing. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. This hotel was definitely focused on providing the guests with a calm, serene environment close to nature.
Nothing bad to say. This hotel provided an really good stay with fantastic amenities and an very nice environment.

Great accommodations for families and couples. Wonderful views of the mountains and plenty of exciting activities including a refreshing pool and fun indoor games. Delicious food served with a great taste. Nothing better than spending time here with loved ones.
Rooms are not well maintained as shown on the website. Patchy plaster, peeling paint, and dampness could be seen.

This nature-surrounded hotel is situated near a cafe. the scenic views of the valley are worth a mention. the spa services are relaxing and guests can enjoy heated pool facilities. the service needs improvement and the rooms lack the expected cleanliness and are poorly maintained. the breakfast and dinner options are limited and not satisfying.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance and cleanliness.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The view from the Snow View point was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the whole area from up there, with the hills of Lansdowne stretching out in front of me. It was a truly mesmerizing experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during my business trip. the restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food and the view from my room was breathtaking. the location was convenient for my business purposes.
The room service was lacking and some essentials were not working properly. the limited parking was an inconvenience and the internet was only accessible outside the rooms.
